Job Description:
Presenting and promoting the college's academic programs (MBA, DBA, and Diplomas) to prospective and current students.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective students through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
Representing the college in a professional manner that reflects its academic identity and institutional values at all times.
Identifying enrollment growth opportunities and contributing to the development of marketing and student acquisition strategies.
Understanding prospective students needs and interests and recommending the most suitable academic program accordingly.
Following up with applicants and accurately updating their data on the CRM system.
Conducting introductory calls, arranging academic consultation meetings with prospective students, and responding to inquiries received via phone and email.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Education, or related field.
6m : 1y of experience in sales, preferably in the education and training industry.
Strong understanding of the education and training landscape, including different learning formats, delivery methods, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
