iCruze Digital is seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Manager Middle East to lead channel development, distributor expansion, and revenue growth across the UAE and Middle East markets. The role is responsible for building strong distribution networks, driving sales performance, and strengthening iCruze's brand presence in the region's mobile accessories market.
The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge of the Middle East consumer electronics ecosystem, strong distributor relationships, and a proven track record in channel-led business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive sales and revenue growth for iCruze mobile accessories across UAE and Middle East markets.
Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
Develop new sales channels including modern trade, traditional retail, and online partners.
Channel & Distributor Management
Build, manage, and expand distributor networks across multiple Middle East countries.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, margins, and annual targets with channel partners.
Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and availability in the market.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competition, and pricing trends.
Adapt business strategies based on regional consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly/quarterly business plans.
Monitor distributor performance, collections, inventory levels, and sell-through.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and market feedback to management.
Brand Building & Trade Marketing
Work closely with marketing teams to execute regional promotions, schemes, and activations.
Support brand-building initiatives, exhibitions, trade shows, and partner meets.
Ensure consistent brand positioning of iCruze across all channels.
Stakeholder Coordination
Act as the key liaison between Middle East partners and India head office.
Coordinate logistics, supply chain planning, and demand forecasting.
Ensure compliance with regional regulations, import/export norms, and trade policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
510 years of experience in business development or sales management.
Strong experience in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or FMCG in the Middle East.
Market Knowledge:
Proven understanding of UAE & GCC distribution networks.
Existing distributor and retail relationships will be a strong advantage.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and channel development skills.
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Language:
English mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East.
