Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Business Setup Advisor to assist entrepreneurs and companies in establishing and expanding their businesses in the UAE. The role involves advising clients on company formation options, licensing, visa processes, and compliance with local regulations while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients on UAE business setup options including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore companies
- Advise on suitable legal structures, activities, and jurisdictions based on client requirements
- Handle end-to-end company formation processes, including trade license applications and renewals
- Coordinate with government authorities, free zone authorities, and third-party service providers
- Assist clients with investor/employee visas, Emirates ID, medicals, and PRO services
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling
- Stay updated on UAE business laws, immigration rules, and market trends
Requirements & Qualifications
12 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or consultancy (UAE experience preferred)
