We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Experienced Business Set-Up Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist individuals and organizations in establishing their businesses in the UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to provide end-to-end guidance and support to clients, ensuring they meet all legal and regulatory requirements while achieving their business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage incoming sales inquiries through various channels including phone calls, emails, live chat, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with new and existing clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure all assigned leads are contacted and followed up within 30 minutes of assignment.
- Educate potential clients on company formation processes, suitable business activities, eligibility requirements, and free zone or mainland regulations.
- Attend networking events and business forums to generate additional sales opportunities beyond marketing-generated leads.
- Train and mentor new business setup consultants and partner firms to enhance sales performance and market reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with free zone and mainland partners to ensure seamless client service and business collaboration.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
- Manage and maintain CRM records with accuracy and discipline.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on competitor packages and offerings.
- Submit monthly reports detailing lead volumes, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams to fulfill client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings through regular mystery shopping and industry research.
- Deliver a superior client experience from initial inquiry through to license issuance and visa processing.
- Maintain high lead-to-sales conversion rates through a consultative and transparent sales approach.
- Provide clear, accurate, and honest guidance to clients regarding documentation, procedures, and fees.
- Prepare periodic reports and updates as required by the line manager or senior leadership.
