Job Description:

We are actively seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our team. This is a commission-only role with upto 70% commission, no hidden fees, no splits, just maximum earning potential for top performers.

What You'll Do:

Actively list, market, and sell Off Plan and secondary properties.

Handle buyer inquiries, conduct viewings, and close deals.

Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, and clients.

Advise clients accurately on market conditions, pricing, and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 Year of real estate experience in Dubai
• Valid UAE driving license and car preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai property market.
• Energetic, driven, and target-focused personality.
• Ability to work independently while being a part of a team.
