CAD Technician – Wet Utilities

Role Overview

The CAD Technician will be responsible for preparing accurate, high-quality CAD drawings for infrastructure projects in the UAE, including dry utilities and wet utilities. The role involves close coordination with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to produce drawings in compliance with UAE authority standards and project requirements.

The candidate will support all project stages, from concept and detailed design through authority submissions, construction drawings, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and timely delivery.

CAD Technician – Wet Utilities

• Prepare Potable Water, Irrigation, Sewerage, and Storm Water networks.
• Produce layouts, plans, profiles, details, and technical drawings from sketches, concepts, and engineering data.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Proven project experience within the UAE
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); Civil 3D highly preferred
• Knowledge of BIM workflows will be an added advantage
• Experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, and master developments.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
