About the Company:

Concentrix Egypt is expanding and currently hiring for multiple international accounts across different industries.

We have different sites across Cairo and Giza (6th of October city - new Cairo - Maadi).

Also, a site in each of Alex and Hurghada, you can choose your preferred site in the form.

About the Role:

We are looking for Call Center Agents to join our team and support various international accounts.

• Customer Service Agent
• Technical Support Advisor
• Sales Advisor
• Travel Advisor
• Banking Accounts
• Telecommunications
• Retail Accounts

Qualifications:

• English level B2C1
• other available languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian.
• Graduates or gap-year candidates
• Ability to start immediately
• no previous experience needed.

Benefits:

Salaries starting from 18,000 EGP for English speakers and from 28,000 EGP for non-English language speakers.

Transportation provided (door-to-door for females after 9 PM).
