Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and delivering consistent support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Agents may also assist with product or service information, respond to complaints, and escalate situations if necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Proven track record in achieving Customer Satisfaction and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and problem-solving
- Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, with the ability to navigate systems and utilize communication tools
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Prior experience in call center operations is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
- Proficiency level of English from B1+/B2
