Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October for an English Speakers Call Center Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, solving issues efficiently, and providing top-tier customer support. Daily tasks include addressing customer needs, ensuring satisfaction, documenting interactions accurately, and maintaining professional communication. This position may also involve collaborating with team members to optimize customer service processes.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and related technologies
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer support experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required
