Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent (B2, C1) located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The agent will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include providing support and maintaining a high standard of communication, documenting interactions in company systems accurately, and adhering to quality and performance metrics.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support roles, with a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
  • Computer Literacy skills to navigate and utilize customer relationship management tools and relevant technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Fluency in English (B2 or C1 level required) is a must
  • Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is a plus
