Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for proficient English speakers at either the B2 or C1 proficiency levels. Based in Qesm El Maadi, the Call Center Representative will engage directly with customers, providing exceptional support, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently. Representatives will handle incoming calls, deliver excellent service, and document interactions while following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (B2 and C1 level proficiency).
  • Proficiency in customer service principles, active listening, and problem-solving with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and empathy in high-pressure situations.
  • Basic computer literacy and aptitude to learn company systems and tools efficiently.
  • Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
  • Previous experience in call centers or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Availability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi; flexibility with shift scheduling is an advantage.
