Role Description

This full-time role for a Call Center Representative is based on-site in Qesm El Maadi. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer support, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction, and delivering a high level of professionalism in every interaction. The role requires effective communication with a diverse range of clients and precise documentation of interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Basic Computer Literacy and familiarity with relevant tools and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
