Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Nasr City. The responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone, email, and other communication channels. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the services offered by 4Level1, accurately addressing customer concerns, and providing excellent support to both prospective and current students.
