Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The Call Center Representative will also assist with bookings, cancellations, and addressing travel-related concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy and the ability to effectively use booking systems and tools
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, or other languages, is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
