Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Call Center Representative. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing accurate information about Mahgoub's products and services. The representative will maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, and will also work to enhance overall customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Proven ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction and build customer relationships
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to effectively handle diverse customer needs and scenarios
  • Proficient in basic Computer Literacy and familiar with customer support software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is preferred
