Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Call Center Representative role based in New Cairo. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities may include resolving customer concerns, navigating computer systems efficiently, and maintaining a positive rapport during interactions.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective engagement with a variety of customers
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic situations
