This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Heliopolis. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering support. This role involves direct interaction with clients, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
