Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located at Tres Jolie Medical Center in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about the center's services. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining proper documentation of all communication and transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, showcasing an ability to address inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Experience working in Contact Centers or similar environments dealing with high call volumes.
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM software, email communication, and basic office applications.
- Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage and document multiple customer interactions.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector or related industries is a plus.
