2. Hiring Background
To support daily financial operations and ensure accurate fund management in [Egypt], we are looking for a Cashier to handle daily payments, bank transactions and financial documentation, while assisting the Finance Supervisor/Manager in accounting tasks.
3. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily cash receipts and payments
Process bank transactions and maintain fund records
Coordinate with banks (HSBC experience is a plus)
Issue invoices and manage related documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and vouchers
Assist the Finance Supervisor/Manager with bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
23 years of cashier or treasury experience
Familiar with banking procedures and payment processes
Experience working with multinational or group companies is preferred
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Excel and financial systems
Fluent in local language; basic English communication skills required
Detail-oriented and responsible
