Category Coordinator - Protein

The Category Coordinator at ARAMTEC will play a pivotal role in managing and organizing products within specific categories. This position involves working closely with the Category Manager, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective inventory management and customer satisfaction within the assigned category. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

-    Categories/ Brands: AUS Beef & Lamb.

-    Analyze & review forecast submitted by Sales & Category and point out any inconsistencies in forecast to maintain accuracy of forecast.

-    Collaborate with Procurement Team to source and select products that align with the category objectives for local purchases.

-    Monitor and analyze product performance (accuracy of forecasts from a fulfillment perspective), sales history, and customer feedback to optimize inventory.

-    Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for the category.

-    Generate and analyze reports related to 4PL, category performance, sales, and inventory turnover.

-    Collaborate with customer service team to resolve any internal issues promptly by effectively cross department coordination.

-    Coordinate with Clearance team, Logistics and Finance for incoming and future shipments.

-    Coordinate claim for any QA issue or damaged product to supplier.

-    Coordinate with Finance team for payment and document submission.

-    Prepares selling price by incorporating system released Landed Cost with margins

-    Implementing effective communication with the Sales team with regards to category information related to packaging, UOM, prices and other key differentiators that will assist in category building.

-    Coordinating with GCC affiliates for order related inquiries

-    Coordinating with suppliers on concerns related to quality issues, discrepancies in shipped quantities

-    Any other duties / projects assigned by the CM from time to time to meet business needs
