The role
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and embedding change strategies that ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and business units to drive engagement and readiness across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies aligned to transformation goals
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication plans across all levels of the business
- Conduct impact assessments and business readiness evaluations
- Design and support delivery of training and capability development initiatives
- Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
- Identify risks and resistance, implementing mitigation strategies where needed
- Track and report on change progress, KPIs, and overall effectiveness
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years experience in change management within complex organisations
- Proven track record supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of change frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in matrix environments and influencing senior leaders
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure adoption and impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Change management certifications (Prosci/APMG) highly desirable
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus
