Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chat Account Team Leader located in Cairo, Egypt. The Chat Account Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the chat support team, ensuring high-quality customer service, and meeting performance targets. Key tasks include managing team schedules, providing training and mentoring, monitoring chat interactions, and resolving escalated issues. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to maintain a motivated and productive team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Team Management and Account Management
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills for performance tracking and problem-solving
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
