Role Summary

The CEO will lead the company's strategy, growth, and overall performance, with a focus on scaling the micro-lending portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving profitability. The company operates with an established, high-performing team of approximately 30 employees, with most operations already automated and a fully functional lending application live in the market. The role will focus on optimization, scaling, and strategic expansion rather than building from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute business strategy and growth plans
• Scale B2C lending products (micro-loans, BNPL, digital credit)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SAMA)
• Oversee credit risk, underwriting, and collections performance
• Drive revenue growth and portfolio quality (NPL management)
• Build strategic partnerships and lead fundraising initiatives
• Lead product innovation and digital transformation

Key Requirements

• 12–18+ years of experience, including executive leadership roles
• Strong background in fintech, digital lending, or banking
• Proven experience in B2C lending / microfinance / BNPL
• Solid understanding of risk, credit, and regulatory frameworks
• Track record in scaling financial services businesses
