Position : Chief Financial Officer (Healthcare)
Location : Dubai
We are looking for an ideal candidate with a strong background in Healthcare within UAE who will be responsible for corporate finance, financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and good experience in Mergers and Acquisitions. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Oversight: Develop long-term financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Operational Management: Manage accounting, revenue cycle (patient billing and collections), payables, and financial reporting.
- Growth & Development: Analyze opportunities for expansion, new physician/facility affiliations, joint ventures, and capital structure improvements.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax laws, and auditing standards.
- Technology & Reporting: Oversee financial information systems (IT) and provide financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Strong hold on Mergers and Acquisition financial Management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration required; Master's degree (MBA) or CPA preferred but not required.
- Experience: Extensive experience in senior financial leadership roles, typically 10+ years, with a strong background in healthcare operations.
- Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, risk management, healthcare regulations, and team leadership
