Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for Chief Financial Officer to join our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy in line with corporate goals.
- Structuring financing arrangements for new and ongoing development projects.
- Overseeing financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
- Managing relationships with financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities, and investors.
- Supervising accounting, treasury, procurement, and cost control functions.
- Monitoring capital expenditures, operating costs, and profitability across projects.
- Identifying financial risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Driving internal audits and ensuring strong internal controls.
- Supporting investment decisions, joint ventures, and M&A activities with financial due diligence.
- Advising the CEO and Board on financial health, strategy, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management roles.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, CA, or CMA strongly preferred.
- Financial strategy development and execution.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams across accounting, treasury, procurement, and cost control.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate corporate goals into financial plans.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and sound judgment.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project or multi-entity environment.
