Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial and management reporting across global operations and diversified business lines.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.

Ensure financial compliance and governance across all jurisdictions.

Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, investments, and expansion opportunities.

Develop and mentor a capable finance team that supports the Group's evolving needs.

Experience & Background

Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

5-10 years of financial leadership experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance or CFO.

Proven track record of:

Managing consolidated reporting for international or global operations.

Leading debt and capital raising initiatives.

Navigating complex financial and regulatory environments.

Strong commercial judgment and hands-on approach when needed.
