Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)to lead and transform the HR function at an enterprise level. This role will be responsible for shaping the organization's people strategy, driving culture, and ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent in a rapidly evolving business environment.

The CHRO will act as a key member of the executive leadership team, aligning human capital initiatives with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Drive culture transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement modern HR practices, including digital HR transformation and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Advise the CEO and executive team on organizational effectiveness and change management.
  • Build strong succession planning and leadership pipelines.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Lead employer branding and talent acquisition strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.

Specifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or executive role.
  • Proven experience leading HR in large organizations or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi labor market and regulations.
  • Experience in organizational transformation and change management.
