Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality management frameworks (e.g., EFQM, ISO) to enhance service excellence.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Analyze customer experience (CX) data and feedback to drive service enhancements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Promote a culture of service excellence through training and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in IT/tech quality management frameworks such as EFQM and ISO standards.
  • Experience in service performance measurement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills to assess trends and optimize service delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Certifications such as EFQM Assessor, ISO Lead Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
  • Must be a UAE National.
