We are seeking an experienced Civil Department Manager to lead and oversee civil engineering projects to be based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage execution of civil works, structural systems, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing civil engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Arabic-speaking preferred to liaise effectively with local teams and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise civil works and structural projects from planning to execution.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project quality.
- Implement best practices in project management and civil engineering processes.
