Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil, architectural, refurbishment, and renovation works.
• Inspect and maintain concrete structures, buildings, and related civil components.
• Analyze technical and site issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Oversee contractors and site teams to ensure works are executed according to specifications and schedules.
• Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and workmanship on site.
• Coordinate with internal teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Provide technical guidance and on-site support to supervision teams.
• Ensure proper use of materials and adherence to approved construction methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience range:
• Senior Civil Engineer: 1012 years of experience in civil works, refurbishment, and structural maintenance.
• Civil Engineer: 510 years of experience in civil, architectural, and building maintenance works.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, civil works, and building maintenance.
• Proven experience in site supervision and contractor management.
• Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
