Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Property Inspection & Data Collection

• Conduct physical site inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties across various locations in the UAE.

• Record property details such as size, layout, condition, finishing quality, construction type, and occupancy status.

• Measure property dimensions and verify built-up areas as per approved plans.

• Take clear, high-quality photographs of both the interior and exterior of the property.

• Identify and report visible defects, maintenance issues, and overall property condition.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with valuation officers, clients, brokers, and building management for site access and scheduling.

• Ensure inspection checklists are completed and submitted on time.

• Upload inspection reports, photos, and documents to the valuation software/ERP system

• Assist valuers in verifying property data and documentation.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure inspections comply with RICS, RERA, and company quality standards.

• Maintain confidentiality of property and client information.

• Adhere to safety protocols while visiting construction sites or occupied properties.

Documentation & Administration

• Maintain records of inspected properties and inspection status logs.

• Track daily inspections and update the internal dashboard.

• Follow up with clients or site representatives for any missing information or documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Experience in MEP, HVAC, and firefighting

• 1–3 years of experience in property inspection, valuation support, or facility auditing (UAE experience preferred).

• Understanding of property types, construction quality, and UAE market standards

• Familiarity with RICS/RERA guidelines (advantage)
