We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead our Secondary (Resale) and Off-Plan Sales Teams in Dubai. This is a leadership role for someone who can build, scale, and manage high-performing teams while driving strong revenue growth in a competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the secondary and off-plan sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with market trends
- Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and property owners
- Recruit, train, and mentor real estate brokers to maximize performance
- Oversee deal pipelines and ensure consistent closures
- Identify new business opportunities and exclusive listings/projects
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and optimize sales processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Proven track record in both secondary and off-plan markets
- Strong leadership experience managing sales teams
- Established network with developers and investors
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- RERA certification preferred
