We are looking for a motivated and resourceful
Civil Site Engineer to join our team working on high-voltage transmission line projects—
overhead (OHL),
underground (UG), and
substation civil works—across Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering design principles, project specifications, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute civil works at transmission line and substation sites.
- Ensure construction activities align with approved civil engineering designs and specifications.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve site issues.
- Review and interpret civil drawings and technical documentation.
- Prepare site reports and maintain project records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site civil engineering for OHL/UG and substation projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Knowledge of relevant civil engineering codes and standards.
- Proven ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
Additional Requirements for Non-Citizen Applicants
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering awarded at least 5 years ago.
Additional Requirements for Applicants from Saudi Arabia
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
- Previous SEC approval or submittal is preferred.
