Role Description

This full-time on-site Client Advisor role is based in Dubai. The Client Advisor will provide exceptional customer service, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and support customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and managing transactions. The role requires a passion for luxury goods and an ability to represent the brand while upholding a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by understanding and fulfilling client needs
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with clients
  • Knowledge of Insurance processes related to high-value goods is an advantage
  • Passion for luxury jewelry and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail or client advisory role is preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
