Role Overview – Client Services Officer (UAE)
You will be part of our Client Services team, focused on ensuring efficient and seamless support for clients worldwide. As a Client Services Officer, you will work directly with clients to understand their technical needs, troubleshoot issues, and carry out investigations to resolve them.
You will communicate with clients via phone, chat, and email, and collaborate closely with our development team to resolve any technical challenges that arise.
Our technical support operates 24/5, requiring 8-hour rotating shifts (morning, evening, and night). We offer flexibility in how work is structured, with a setup that supports different working preferences depending on shift schedules.
