Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct market research to understand property values and trends
  • Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers
  • Obtain and keep track of all relevant documentation for real estate transactions
  • Assist in the staging of properties for showings and open houses
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
  • Take part in developer Kiosks
  • Take part in International Road shows and sell to repeat company clients/ investors
  • Work across secondary and Off plan markets

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
  • Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
