Commercial Director - Healthcare

We are hiring Commercial Director who has UAE experience in healthcare.

Job Location - Dubai

The Commercial Director will be a hands-on revenue leader responsible for actively driving business growth through direct market engagement, partnership development, and commercial execution.

This is not a desk-based strategic role the successful candidate will be expected to:

Be regularly present in the market

Build corporate and hospitality relationships

Secure contracts and referral pathways

Personally lead negotiations

Drive immediate revenue-generating activity

The role combines strategy, execution, and frontline business development.

1. Key Responsibilities

Active Business Development (Field-Based)

Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts, insurers, hotels, events, and production partners.

Conduct in-person meetings across Dubai and the UAE.

Represent the clinic at networking events, industry forums, and healthcare exhibitions.

Develop referral relationships with HR leaders, concierge teams, wellness providers, and brokers.

2. Revenue Growth & Commercial Targets

Own and deliver monthly and annual revenue targets.

Create and implement tactical growth plans (not just strategy decks).

Launch and monetise new services and packages.

Drive utilisation of existing clinical capacity.

3. Insurance & Corporate Contracts

Lead negotiations with insurance providers and corporate clients.

Improve reimbursement structures and commercial terms.

Develop retainer agreements and preferred provider contracts.

4. Marketing & Brand Expansion

Work closely with marketing to convert strategy into measurable patient acquisition.

Ensure commercial campaigns translate into revenue.

Identify new revenue channels (events, concierge medicine, homecare, preventative packages, etc.).

5. Commercial Operations Oversight

Review pricing models and service profitability.

Improve billing pathways and revenue cycle processes.

Work with finance to ensure cash flow optimisation and debt reduction.

6. Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and service offerings in Dubai.

Identify market gaps and emerging trends in private healthcare.

Provide real-time feedback from the market to leadership.
