Role Overview
The Commercial & Hospitality Sales Manager main responsibility is to drive
B2B sales growth across the Riyadh region, from hotels to hospitals to offices to residential compounds, with a focus on the hospitality sector. The role is responsible for identifying
new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with hotels and commercial partners.
This position requires a
strong hunter mindset, regular field work, and proven experience selling solutions to hospitality clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive new B2B commercial sales through proactive prospecting and market engagement.
- Actively hunt for leads through market visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Identify and open new opportunities in hospitality and commercial sectors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contract closure, activation, and installation follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers/partners, maintaining a proper pipeline.
- Provide clear product information, commercial proposals, and terms & conditions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through after-sales support and regular follow-up.
Market, Reporting & Strategy
- Conduct market studies and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports, forecasts, and summaries.
- Support the implementation of new sales processes and strategies.
- Maintaining and updating all records on the existing CRM system on a regular basis.
- Support co-marketing campaigns, materials, and joint initiatives.
Experience & Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in media, entertainment, telecom, or hospitality-related services.
- Strong experience selling to hospitality (especially hotels) is essential.
- Proven hunter profile with a successful new-business track record.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field during the week when needed.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is mandatory.
