Job Description

Job Objective:

To manage procurement activities for real estate projects, ensuring the availability of materials and services with the required quality, optimal cost, and within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes for real estate and construction projects

• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best terms

• Prepare and follow up on purchase orders and contracts

• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials and services

• Coordinate with internal teams to identify procurement needs

• Ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement (preferably in real estate or construction)

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Good knowledge of construction materials and finishing items

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

• Good command of English
