We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial role . you will play a critical role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NEC3 and FIDIC contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The role requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and excellent negotiation skills to drive profitable project delivery.
Responsabilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (incl. NEC3 and FIDIC) to ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal and company standards.
- Provide strategic commercial advice on contract management and risk mitigation.
- Oversee contract administration, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Work closely with project teams, procurement, and legal departments to ensure commercial success.
- Lead negotiations with clients and Suppliers.
- Identify and manage potential commercial risks and disputes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on commercial performance and project finances.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Law, Business, or related experience within contract management.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role within the BESS, PV or New Energy sector.
- Business fluent English language skills, other European languages such as German would be considered a big plus
- In-depth knowledge of NEC3 and FIDIC contract structures, drafting, and negotiation.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in contract management and dispute resolution.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in a Chinese working environment is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
