We are seeking a high-calibre Commercial Strategy Lead to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across one or more of our core sectors: logistics, real estate, shipping and energy. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive long-term growth, portfolio optimisation, and operational excellence in complex, asset-heavy environments.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver medium- to long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, partnerships, and market entry strategies
- Support M&A, JV, and divestment initiatives, including due diligence and business case development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, operations, finance, and executive teams
- Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and track execution and performance
- Prepare high-quality presentations and insights for senior stakeholders and Board-level discussions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Masters of Business Administration, or equivalent degree (Preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in commercial analysis, strategic development and/or project management (Preferred)
- Middle East experience
- Experience with M&A and/or commercial transactions
- Knowledge of one or more of the logistics, real estate, shipping and energy sectors is desirable
