Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead and manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs. The role focuses on ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant reward practices while supporting business objectives through data-driven analysis, market benchmarking, and continuous program improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide recommendations and insights.
Benefits Administration
- Manage and enhance employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, allowances, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- Coordinate with external vendors, brokers, and insurance providers to ensure cost-effective and competitive benefits.
- Monitor benefits utilization and recommend improvements based on employee needs and market trends.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to compensation and benefits.
- Support audits and internal reviews related to reward programs.
Stakeholder Support & Communication
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to HR Business Partners and management on compensation and benefits matters.
- Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits in a confidential and professional manner.
- Support HR budgeting and workforce planning initiatives related to reward costs.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
- Monitor key reward metrics and identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with exposure to senior or specialist-level responsibilities.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.
Computer Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HR systems and compensation analysis tools.
