Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Speakers B1+ position at Concentrix. The role involves providing high-quality customer support in English, assisting clients with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering effective solutions. Team members are expected to maintain professionalism in their communication, follow company procedures, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient English language skills at a B1+ level or higher, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including customer handling abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear solutions during interactions
- Basic computer literacy, including navigating systems and managing information
- Customer service or contact center experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
