Senior Concierge | Luxury Hotel New Opening | Europe | €20,000 - €21,000 gross per annum

Sataya Collection is representing a well-known international luxury hotel brand ahead of a new property opening in Europe.

This is a pre-opening appointment, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to establish the concierge function from the ground up and shape the guest experience ahead of launch.

This is an exciting opening for a polished and service-led Senior Concierge to join a guest-facing team within a refined international setting. The role will suit someone who takes genuine pride in delivering a seamless guest experience, enjoys the detail, and is confident handling requests, recommendations, reservations, and personalised arrangements with warmth and professionalism.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the guest journey, acting as a knowledgeable and well-presented point of contact throughout the stay. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent local awareness, and a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Candidates currently based abroad with an EU passport or existing legal right to work and who are open to relocation within EMEA, are encouraged to apply. Prior experience within luxury hotels, resorts, guest relations, front office, or destination-led hospitality environments would be highly advantageous.

Scope of Role:

  • Support the delivery of a polished and highly attentive concierge service within a luxury hospitality environment
  • Manage guest requests, bookings, local recommendations, transport, and tailored arrangements with efficiency and care
  • Build strong knowledge of local venues, experiences, and service providers to enhance the guest journey
  • Act as a professional and well-presented point of contact for guests throughout their stay
  • Work closely with front office and wider operational teams to ensure a seamless and personalised experience
  • Handle requests with strong attention to detail, discretion, and a solutions-led mindset
  • Maintain high standards of communication, presentation, and service at all times

The Ideal Profile:

  • Proven experience in a Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar guest-facing hospitality role
  • Background within a luxury hotel, resort, or refined service-led environment would be highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm, organised, and highly guest-focused in approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Destination-led hospitality experience would be advantageous
  • Must hold an EU passport or existing legal right to work within the relevant region
  • Open to relocation within EMEA
