Construction Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Construction Manager, based in Dubai, with opportunities to work remotely for part of the responsibilities. The Construction Manager will oversee project planning, ensure compliance with construction safety regulations, supervise on-site work, manage budgets, and coordinate resources. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, maintaining quality control, and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in team leadership and workforce oversight
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial resource allocation
• Knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and best practices
• Expertise in Construction processes and methodology
• Experience in Project Control, including timeline management and resource planning
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Dubai is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
