Content Creator

Job Purpose

The Content Creator LMS is responsible for developing, writing, and structuring high-quality learning content to support organizational training and development initiatives. The role focuses on producing clear, accurate, and engaging instructional materials within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring alignment with institutional objectives, policies, and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Develop structured training materials aligned with defined learning objectives and competency frameworks.

Write clear, concise, and professionally structured course content for digital learning modules.

Prepare scripts, lesson plans, facilitator guides, and course outlines.

Transform policies, procedures, regulations, and technical documents into learner-friendly instructional content.

Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to evaluate learning outcomes.

Format and structure content appropriately for upload into the LMS platform.

Ensure logical flow, clarity, and consistency across all training materials.

Maintain proper categorization, documentation, and version control of content.

Review and update content periodically to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Ensure all learning materials comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain alignment with corporate communication standards and approved terminology.

Apply best practices in adult learning principles to enhance knowledge retention.

Ensure content accuracy through coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs).

Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and department representatives to identify training needs.

Conduct content review sessions with subject matter experts.

Support institutional initiatives related to knowledge management and capability development.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing, instructional content development, or e-learning content creation.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.

Experience within government or regulated environments is considered an advantage.

Strong professional writing and editing skills (Arabic and/or English).

Experience in structuring digital learning content.

Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management processes.

Ability to interpret policies and technical documentation into simplified instructional material.
