Job Summary:
We seek a creative and digitally savvy Content Creator to lead our online storytelling and daily brand communication.
This role produces engaging visual and written content across all platforms, maintains
a consistent brand voice, and actively manages social media presence, from post scheduling to community interaction.
The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee culture, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a deep understanding of what drives engagement on social platforms.
You will be online, working closely with the CEO to reflect the brand's evolving narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Develop and execute weekly/monthly content calendars in alignment with brand campaigns and business priorities.
- Create original content including:
- High-quality photos & videos (for drinks, staff moments, events).
- Creative reels, stories, product spotlights, and lifestyle visuals.
- Captions that match the brand tone (fun, professional, or playful).
- Work closely with baristas and branch managers to capture authentic, behind-the-scenes content.
- Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite to design visuals for promotions, offers, or storytelling.
- Propose and test new content formats (e.g., memes, challenges, influencer collaborations).
- Maintain an organized digital content archive for reuse and reposting.
Social Media Operations
- Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn depending on target audience).
- Respond to comments, DMs, and tags within 112 hours, depending on urgency.
- Moderate reviews and mentions escalating complaints to the relevant internal party.
- Monitor trends and proactively recommend timely brand reactions or content pivots.
- Track competitor content and trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and relevant.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Use platform analytics + tools like Meta Business Suite to:
- Monitor engagement, reach, growth, and content performance.
- Report monthly insights and make content recommendations accordingly.
- Test and refine content types/times to boost engagement and reach.
Community Building & Brand Advocacy
- Engage with followers, coffee lovers, and community groups to build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with micro-influences and regular customers for shutouts and user-generated content.
- Propose ideas for live coverage of events or seasonal activation.
- Capture and share stories of employees, customer experiences, and culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related fields.
- 13 years of proven experience managing brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- A strong content portfolio (photography, design, video editing, captions).
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark, or similar content tools.
- Understanding of social media best practices and platform algorithms.
