Role Overview

We are hiring Writers, Editors, and Document Specialists to produce high-quality written content and structured business documents. In this role, you will write, edit, research, or format content depending on the engagement. The ideal candidate has strong English writing skills, attention to detail, and advanced Office or Workspace skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Write, edit, and fact-check long-form and short-form content.

- Create structured business documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Contribute to AI training datasets including writing, editing, and evaluation.

- Conduct academic research in engineering, design, manufacturing, or policy.

- Transcribe, format, and organize audio or text data.

- Review and refine AI-generated content for quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional writing, editing, or research experience.

- Strong English writing: clear, precise, and engaging.

- Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

- Clear written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

- AI content evaluation or training data experience.

- Technical writing experience (SaaS, developer documentation, scientific).

- Policy analysis, legal drafting, or grant writing background.

- Multilingual writing or translation skills.

- Subject-matter expertise in any domain.
