Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with strong exposure to large-scale construction projects in Qatar. The role involves end-to-end contract administration, claims management, variations, and coordination with project and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts, subcontracts, LOIs/LOAs, variations, and final accounts
- Prepare and evaluate EOTs, claims, change orders, and cost impacts
- Handle contractual correspondence, notices, and claim registers
- Review BOQs, rate analysis, interim payments, and close-out documents
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC, QCS, and Qatar contract conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 07 plus years experience in construction projects (buildings)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC & Qatar Conditions of Contract
- Currently based in Qatar with transferable visa
- Available for immediate joining
