Job Description

Job Purpose: -

The role is responsible for managing aircraft and component warranty claims, analyzing maintenance data, and driving cost-recovery initiatives with OEMs and vendors.

Key Accountabilities Key Result Areas (KRAs):-

Functional: -

• Track warranty terms and conditions for purchased equipment, aircraft components, and services.

• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and maintenance teams to ensure warranty claims are properly documented and submitted to vendors or manufacturers.

• Follow up on warranty claims and ensure timely resolution with suppliers or manufacturers.

• Analyze contract terms related to liability, service levels, penalties, and warranties to minimize company risk.

Operational: -

• Monitor active contracts on a daily basis to ensure services and deliverables are provided according to agreed terms.

• Track warranty periods for aircraft components, equipment, and technical services.

• Register and update warranty information in the company's tracking system.

• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to identify items that are still under warranty.

• Prepare and submit warranty claims to vendors and manufacturers with all required documentation.

Generic Responsibilities: -

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting related to contracts and warranties.

• Provide administrative and operational support for contract management activities.

• Prepare periodic reports on contract status, renewals, and warranty claims.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations related to contracts and warranties.

Academic Qualifications: -

Bachelor's degree in aviation Engineer

Professional Experience: -

3+ Years of Experience in Contract & Warranty Aviation or other Warranty and contract-related work.

Licenses and Certifications: -

• Strong AMOS proficiency for claim identification, data extraction, and tracking.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

• Power BI for dashboards and performance reporting.

• PowerPoint and Word for presentations and formal claim documentation.

• Understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance records, and reliability data.

• Experience in aviation warranty, engineering, or technical records is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
